Recommended for solo travelers looking for convenience
The staff were really friendly, particularly GNA and Noelle. They offered me an upgrade and early check-in. Plus, the room was very comfortable and clean, just what I needed for a quick reset.
It wasn’t exactly a bargain but still reasonable.

Well, that was a surprise!
The spacious room featured convenient amenities like a full-size fridge and microwave, which made our stay enjoyable. Breakfast was decent, with real silverware—nice touch! Yet, the street noise was disruptive, and housekeeping needs improvement. some items were missing. Parking is steep, so be prepared to spend. A mixed experience, indeed!

Modern design style in common areas.
I couldn't believe the incompetence of this hotel staff. To make matters worse, when we tried to address the issue with management, they offered no solutions or even an apology for the disruption.

Had a great time with friends! We visited the Liberty Bell and the Philadelphia Museum of Art. Overall, the stay was good, and the rooms were spacious enough for our group. Breakfast options were decent, though it got a bit busy. Just a heads up for future guests, parking can be pricey around here, so plan accordingly!
One downside was the sofa bed. the mattress was super thin and uncomfortable for my friends. We ended up with some complaints about that.

Kitchenette Convenience with a Twist
Our stay was enhanced by the spacious King Studio Suite, featuring a full kitchenette. The location across from Reading Terminal Market made it easy to grab delightful local snacks.
However, we were surprised to find that the room cleaning was only done upon request, which felt a bit unusual. Additionally, establishing communication with the management was slower than expected.

Fantastic location right across from a vibrant market and close to major historic sites made exploring effortless. The room was clean and spacious, complete with a kitchenette for added convenience. However, the bathroom's exhaust system faced issues with humidity, and the breakfast offerings were decent but not standout. Street noise could be noticeable, but security measures in place helped ensure safety during my stay.
